ClickDimensions to automatically send plain text version emails based on individual preference

Hi team

It would be great if the sending of emails from an Email Send record can have the ability to automatically send plain text version emails based on the preference of the Contact. The front end process would be something like the following:

  1. The Contact entity has two custom ClickDimensions fields HTML and Plain Text
  2. A Contact selects their preference of email output on a ClickDimensions Subscription Management form
  3. All Contacts associated to the marketing list linked to the Email Send record will receive HTML or plain text based on their preference

Currently this is not possible and is a feature of MailChimp. Plain text only emails in ClickDimensions cannot be sent without an HTML template.

This feature would be valuable for accessibility of individuals that are visually impaired who have devices that read out emails to them as the HTML wrapping is being recognized and read out.
