Displayed names of form fields

We have a problem where our users keep modifying the names in our form field mapping which is invalidating existing published forms.

As an organization we have very may types of form.
They may all use things such as 'First name' and 'Last Name' but they very often need to show different text on the form associated with that, such as ' Please provide the visitor's first name' or 'Members fist name' etc..

This becomes a real problem when we then get hundreds of form fields to select from and it isn't always clear which to select (especially country selection lists or 'member' lists where there can be very many sub categories).

What we would like is the ability to use our standard (limited number) form field mappings but just display text which is only local to any given form and not to use the existing Form Field Mapping Label. It would be great to be able to display whatever text we like and the form field mapping is hidden behind.

As things stand to do similar we need to use a HTML or Section Title component and then set the following form field's text to the background colour to hide it. This leaves a big gap and looks ugly though.
