Require approval for Email Send before sending

A mechanism to allow approval of Email Sends before they can be sent has been requested by several of our clients.

Perhaps an Approval section within the ClickDimensions Settings area could have a tickbox to indicate that approvals are required and allow a list of approvers (ie. System Users) to be created. These approvers would receive an email when an approval is required. They could then open the Email Send and click an Approve button. A list of people allowed to bypass the approval process would be handy to. As an example, this would allow approval to be required by account directors before sending to their customers but the marketing team could send regular emails without requiring approval.

    I would also like the review to include the reviewers ability to see where each hyperlink is connect as part of the review.
