Campaign automation: Allow for wait in email interaction

A  customer of mine are looking into a flow, that allows for an e-mail to be sent from a CA, then if the e-mail is opened, send a new e-mail after 7 days and if the e-mail is not opened send a reminder e-mail after 3 days.

This doesn't seem to be possible, as I can't set a wait timer on the positive branch of an email interaction - and I can't make a wait condition, that is combined with the elapsed time in an email interaction trigger. 

I'd suggest either allowing for a wait condition within the positive branch of any trigger, such that I can delay the "movement" of the contact to the next step in the process - or add the option of having a wait condition be tied to the time a customer spent in a trigger step.

    You can add wait timers to a positive branch of the Email Interaction Trigger.


    Here is an example of an automation of the use case you described:
