Allow opt-out (unsubscribe) link to be passed through inbox cast

The inbox cast feature has developed a significant flaw that requires the user to modify the content of the email after it has been received.

Our understanding is that we need to include the Opt-Out Link so that the email will be valid to send. We tried to use this footer code:

<div style="text-align: center">To stop receiving these emails, <a target="_blank" href="${Gears.unsubscribe()}" shape="rect" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 255);">Click Here</a> to opt-out.</div>

But the replaced value pre-pends some additional code which breaks the link.  We tried adding "https://" as the prefix to the URL token, but that did not work either.

We have been told by the support team that the only solution is to "add the text only first in the inbox cast and then use the hyperlink manager in the editor once it gets into CRM." However, this defeats the purpose of inbox cast because now our users need to go into the HTML email provided and modify it manually before sending.

Please fix this issue so that inbox cast can regain its usefulness to our customers.
