Add multiple subscription lists on a single email sends

We have just switched to the Opt-in subscription mode within our organisation. The thing we are struggling with is that we would like to send an email to multiple marketing lists and subscriptions attached. Currently it only allows to add a single subscription list, while it would be preferred to have the possibility to use multiple. 

Is this is a feature that can be put on the roadmap?
