Email Send: Allow an email template to be assigned to a subscription list

Request: Allow an email template to be assigned to a subscription list so that any email that is sent via that template is automatically linked to the subscription list and the subscription management through association.

I have 2000 users that use Email Send under a defined Subscription List.  I cannot rely upon the user to add their marketing list to the Subscription List, nor do I want them to manage it.  I can create a plugin/workflow to add their marketing list to the Subscription List, but feel that is unmanageable.

There is a similar request with "QuickSend Emails - check against Subscription List", which is needed and gave a thumbs up on.
