Campaign Automation: refresh button, non-fixed-width columns, participant step, better dragging

Upon using Campaign Automation for the first time, I find a few things could be improved:

  1. The Statistics tab/page could use a refresh button, similar to that on the Participants tab.
  2. The Participants tab would be more useful if it showed which step each participant is currently in.
  3. Columns on the Participants tab and dialogs (such as the Look Up Record dialog) really need to be flexible in width. I can hardly select the proper records as I can't see the full names.
  4. Dragging in the Builder is hit and miss. I'd rather have a permanent scroll bar if the drag function doesn't work properly.
