Import tool: not to add inactive members to Marketing List

The wizard searches for email addresses within the system to match against the email addresses in the imported list.

However, it checks against active and inactive contacts & leads, which can result in inactive records being assigned to the marketing lists.

Please add possibility to exclude inactive contacts&leads to be assigned to marketing list.

Similarly, can we add the option to only import known CRM Contacts from a list provided.

We get lists from other departments that aren't clean and if a contact that we have already processed and inactivated is matched at the time of import, a contact will be reactivated. If the record the email is associated to is a Lead we will create a new Record. There should be an option to ignore inactive records. If we have already deactivated because ClickD has told us it's a bad email address, why wouldn't the import process honor that previous determination. Does it even look at blocked email addresses?
