Provide option with Form Capture or Web Content Form to always generate new lead

We have a Form Capture configured. When posted forms come in, if there is no match on email, it creates new Lead, else it matches to an existing record (sets lead or contact lookup).

We would like option to always create new lead.   We would handle the processing of the lead, realizing there could be duplicate instances. We do not want to choose to override in CRM, because of following scenarios.

The Form Capture is a webinar product interest form. If someone were to submit the form more than once for different interests (which is a picklist), then we would end up overwriting the previous information. The same is true for Contacts.

If we had option to tag the Form Capture to always create new lead, then issue would be resolved.

Incidentally, we have to rely on the entity fields for the internal notification email, because Form Captures do not provide option (Design > Actions) for notifying team or users when form post comes in.

    We developed our own functionality to 'Force Create' a Lead record on certain Forms (i/e, an enquiry form where we want a Lead our sales teams have to action). The Lead will automatically associate itself to the existing Contact/Account, tying all related records together. Works well, but would be great if a core ClickDimensions feature.
