Please allow us to create custom blocks

Could it be possible to create a custom block which could then be dropped into a template? (I'm thinking of using the drag and drop/block editors mainly).

We have a variety of content that gets included on most of our emails, though regularly in different combinations (which would make creating templates a tedious job). An example would be the logos and blurb of associated brands we work with. We'd like to be able to create a block with the logo and text in which we could then drop into a template. Perhaps this could be a little like the image library, and could be organised with folders if required.
