Offer the ability to manually cancel or send again an Email Send if it has encountered an error

We had a case in which an Email Send has given an error from the ClickDimensions side. We find out that we had to wait 3 hours or so waiting for the retries. To our customer is very important that the campaigns are sent in a reasonable time from the send button is pressed. We couldn't make a new Email Send because if the first one finally sent we were duplicating the emails.

If there was an option to manually cancel or send again when the first attempt fails, we could have reduced this inevitable wait.
