Specify value within field to trigger Campaign Automation

Enable campaign automation based on the value within a field.

Example: Contact status is changed to On Assignment, send contact an email based on new value. Should be able to be triggered for multiple events within the contact, for example if the contact is placed "On Assignment" again days, weeks, months, years down the road.

    Hi

    We’ve added the ability to create a Dynamic Segment in our Release Version 2023.04. You will find the step by step instructions on how to create a Segment here, and how to use the Added to Segment within Campaign Automation here. Having the ability to create a Segment should solve this use case.
