Subscription Management - Sub List Label Rich Text Formatting

In the current Subscription Management page designer, users can update the label of the subscription list component. But unfortunately, it only is in plain text with minimal editing options. It would be helpful if you could update the subscription list label similar to an 'HTML Component', so you have added flexibility in the appearance of the page.
