Ideas - ClickDimensions Marketing Automation for D365

Currently, the only supported way to send an SMS message is by having the browser open a tab to app.clickdimensions.com/... This works well when using D365 in the browser but doesn't allow for seamless custom Flows.

For example, I have a Flow set up that sends an email notification when an SMS is received. I have a second Flow that allows the user to reply to that text by replying to the email notification.

Ideally, this would simply generate the appropriate data (e.g., GUID of newly created SMS record), append it to the appropriate API call or the app.clickdimensions URL, and trigger the Send SMS action.

However, right now the only way to make this work is to generate the URL, send it back to the user and have them click to open it in a browser. These extra steps take away from what could be a very fluid process.
