An SMS message that shows as "Undelivered" in Twilio portal will show as "Delivered" in the corresponding Text Message. This a known issue and the current resolution is to view the message within the Twilio Portal. https://support.clickdimensions.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031124171?input_string=sms+twilio
For BULK SMS, this is really limiting and time-consuming. It would be great if the unique message id from Twilio would be returned and populated into Dynamics when the SMS is created via ClickDimensions, so we could correlate a message und update the actual SMS status (e.g. via webhooks or custom API) .
