Pre-fill survey answers via link parameter

Are we able to set up links that pre-fill regional question fields?

Our goal is to set up a single online survey, with a few different questions, including a region location question. Q= What's your Market Region?
And if you are directed to the survey with a specific link, the answer to the region location question would be pre-filled.

This way, we would only need to maintain a single survey AND we wouldn't need to worry if the surveyed customer knew that they should select a specific region location. Some of our business locations are nuanced, so that's a risk here (Phoenix East, Phoenix West are examples where a customer may not know where they are but the person distributing the survey would know.)
