It is currently possible to create a workflow and Add Leads or Contacts to a Marketing List - but it is not possible to add Accounts:
Since it is possible to run Campaign Automation for Accounts now, it would also be great to use a Workflow to add newly created Accounts to a Marketing List, using the Workflow and use that as a trigger for the Campaign Automation. Usually we would target Leads or Contacts, but when a new Account is created, we don't always know the Contacts, some we would like to engage with the Accounts at this stage, and introduce them to our business.

We’ve added the ability to create a Dynamic Segment in our Release Version 2023.04. You will find the step by step instructions on how to create a Segment here, and how to use the Added to Segment within Campaign Automation here. You now have the ability to create a Segment (Dynamic List) based on Accounts.
