Remove Obsolete Surveys

We are using surveys for event registration, and therefore they become invalid once the event is passed. There is apparently no way to actually delete the survey in these cases. We are updating to the survey content to indicate that the event is no longer open but it appears that the page will continue to exist indefinitely. This is not a serious problem for us, but I would think that for housekeeping purposes the survey should eventually go away completely.
