Campaign Automation Participant Records - How do you delete / archive?

There's no clear mechanism to remove or delete past Campaign Automation records.
For my own, and a few other test participants, the numbers are creeping up. See attached.

This user failed certain CA tests. I'd like to eliminate these records as a potential source of issues... particularly if there's any connection between these records, and participant flows through different CAs, interaction triggers, etc.

There's no obvious UI tools to delete these records. Are there instructions for an administrator to do so?

If not, I suggest you attempt to make these CA participant records more like other "normal" CRM records, leveraging the UI tools and capabilities that exist for other types of records.
