Add customer to subscription list after confirm mail in email

New and shorter process for DOI and Subscriptions:

Customer submits a form on the website to download a whitepaper, he receives an email to confirm his email address (DOI), he clicks on the button "Confirm Email" in the emil and in the background he is assigned to a subscription list.

Now the customer opens a new form from the email and submits it and then is added to the subscription list. The above explained process does not need the last subscription form.
