Show global opt out on subscription management page

When a customer opens his or hers subscription management page, they can see which email lists they have chosen to opt in to.

However, if they actively have chosen to opt out, this doesn't show. (So there is no difference for the customers if they have not opted in or actively opted out)

It would be great if it was possible to show the customers that they have actively opted out, to get rid of any uncertainties.
