Allowing contacts to be created from emails address AND surname from forms

Partner MercuryXRM ($1.68m sales rev) provide recruitment software that sits on top of CRM and has a pre-populated rule that requires both email address & surname to be created at first instance (helps with clean data from recruiters) when creating a contact. We currently only require email address which goes against their rule & so have asked we enable an integration that sets a rule of both email address & surname fields to be populated in CRM when creating a contact. Currently generating a lead & opportunity a week over the last 2 months, and looking to grow this should we get a permanent resolution in place.
