Populate "Regarding" field on text message same as the "From" for text message replies from Twilio

The "Regarding" field is not being set on text messages received and created by ClickDimensions in CRM.

By default CRM would set this - obviously there is no explicit "Regarding", but it would be best to set this at the time of creation of these records in the CRM for the "Regarding" to be the same as the "From" field.

The issue is that without this "Regarding" being set, certain views of activities will not show these inbound text messages relating to a contact.

Further, it's not possible to update these records after they've been added to Upbeat as they are created with an "inactive" status code and thus read only.
