Provide error message or feedback on bulk text messages when Twilio connector is mis-configured

When a Twilio SMS connector is set up with incorrect information there is no indication in ClickDimensions or D365 when a bulk text message is sent that the text messages didn't get sent.

When the Twilio API is called with an incorrect Auth Token value the response JSON is as follows:

It would be useful if this could update the Bulk Text Message record in ClickDimensions with an Error status value so it is flagged up. Currently it is updated to Sent but nothing happens. No individual Text Message records are created and there is no indication of a failure in the views, the ClickDimensions Error Log or the Twilio account.


I've experienced a delay of several days troubleshooting this scenario including a wasted support request with the ClickDimensions Support Team.

Please consider this enhancement to ClickDimensions users.
