Display real time Block Status

Currently, to find the current block status of a contact, a user must go into an Excluded Recipient record and click "Unblock". Only then will they be able to find out if that contact has already been unblocked. Deleting out the excluded recipient records is the official CD recommendation, but what if that data is valuable and we want to keep it? It would be very helpful for users to be able to see on the contact record or anywhere else what the current blocked status of a given contact is.
