Our organization only uses ClickDimensions to send communications out to internal users, and we frequently have issues with blocked email addresses. I'm looking for a way to automate or streamline the unblocking process as it's a manual process to tend to.
From what I understand, a lot of our issues stem from our identity management system not correctly creating contacts. This is being worked on and will hopefully be resolved soon. In the meantime, we are dealing with an average of just under 1,000 blocked users a month.
Communications can be missed by a large number of users if an admin isn't available to do the current manual process. We understand that the unblocking process has been solely owned by ClickDimensions to protect the integrity of the application.
Is there any way possible that we can automate this process to happen weekly?
