The ability to track keywords used in email responses and send a dynamic response based on those keywords.
I believe this feature would greatly enhance the customer experience by allowing for a more personalized response to each email. The process could work as follows:
A custom field in the Contact entity in Dynamics 365 is created to store the keywords used in email responses.
An automation is set up to trigger when an email is received or replied to within the automation sequence and automatically parse the text of the email for keywords.
The automation determines which dynamic response to send based on the keywords using an IF/ELSE statement or a switch statement.
The dynamic response is sent and the user does/does not continue on the automation based on the response that was sent
I believe this feature would be a valuable addition to the platform and would greatly improve the customer experience for those using the email marketing feature in ClickDimensions.
