Track Email Responses

As a marketing team, we are targeted at generating incoming sales leads for the sales team. One of the most successful ways for us to do so is through email marketing, with the target of encouraging businesses to make an enquiry to purchase with us e.g. ask for a proposal. 

However with Click Dimensions we cannot track the direct responses the sales team receives and therefore the only visibility we have of the success of our campaigns relies on our sales team to inform us every time, which as you can imagine is not ideal and does not put the control in our hands.
