You can reference ticket #364832 in your system if you need more details. At times, contacts get multiple emails from an automation when they should only receive one. It was discovered that this is because certain contacts end up getting added to two different Marketing Lists, both of which are set up as triggers for the CA. Since they're separate Lists, the "Trigger Only Once Per Participant" setting won't apply since it's across separate triggers (it will only apply within the context of the specific trigger it's set for), which is why they were both successfully added, resulting in the duplicate Email Sends. Please prevent contacts from being added more than once if separate unique triggers are used.
