Bounces when Click Dimensions IP addresses are the reason for the Bounce

Hello -  I would strongly support not creating a bounce record against one of our contacts when the reason for the bounce is that one of your (Click Dimension) IP addresses was flagged as spam.  Our contact is being penalized one bounce that counts towards being permanently blocked. The unblock process is tedious, manual and takes up an excessive amount of time.  It would be appreciated if we had the ability to unblock a large number of contacts based on the fact they were blocked because of a 4th bounce within 90 days and a one or more of those bounces, again I say, is due to the fact the Click Dimensions IP addresses were blocked.
