Blocked Email when Click Dimensions IP is flagged as spam/blacklisted/rejected

We would like the recipient to not receive a soft bounce when the reason is that the Click Dimensions IP address is Blacklisted, Blocked or Flagged as Spam or Junk Email.

I understand that CD works hard to unblock their IP addresses and this issue is part of the nature of the business but we feel the recipient should not be penalized by receiving a soft bounce.

    We ran into this situation as well and reported a blocked ClickDimenions IP-address.

    Hopefully this will be solved soon!

    On top of that the idea mentioned in CD-I-241 is related.
