There is currently an action available on Click Dimensions forms such that when the form is submitted a campaign response is created. It is possible to provide a fixed text value for the subject of the campaign response.
I have a form that acts as a gate for multiple different assets. I want the campaign response generated when the form is submitted to give an indication in the subject field of the response of which asset the form submission allowed access to.
So, I'd like to be able to set the subject of the campaign response to something like "Case Study downloaded: Acme Ltd" or "Case Study downloaded: A.N.Other Ltd". The information required - that company name in the example just given - is submitted as one of the fields on the form (actually I've managed to hide the fact that this and some other fields are on the form so the use does not see them).
So, I want to be able to put something like "Case Study: %CompanyNameField%" into the campaign subject. I want Click D to substitute %CompanyNameField% with the actual value of a field I have on the form, which is called "CompanyNameField".
