Create different campaign responses based on form field

What I think would be a great feature also looking at other marketing automation products is to be able to create different campaign responses based on a field in the form directly under the action of the form. Now we can only create a campaign response for everybody that fills in the form. For a Radio field for example were people can tick if they are present or not present at an event it would be great to straight away�have the option to create a response if they ticked yes with " attending" and if they tick "No" with not attending.

Now we have to do everything separately through workflows but this is both technical and a lot of work in different places. Also adding all the fields of the form in the response would be handy.
