Link subscriptions & preferences to contact after lead qualification

When a lead is qualified and converted to a contact, the subscriptions and preferences are not updated. They stay linked to the qualified lead which is deactivated. This is often overlooked and this means that persons are missing out on communication that they have opted-in for as their contact is not included in marketing lists since he/she does not have any subscription preferences or their preferences are not up to date.

This affects the customer engagement and is not positive for the nurturing of converted leads

This is most needed for subscriptoins & preferences, but would be valid for all 'behavioral data' such as visits & page views, posted forms & fields, posted subscriptions & preferences, unsubscribes
