More data fluidity between CRM and ClickDimensions

Our sales force works our of CRM to manage activities/connections to our clients. We would love to be able to have the same options available in our ClickDimensions lead view as our CRM lead view. For example, in CRM we are able to schedule activities such as emails, phone calls, tasks but in our ClickDimensions lead view, the only option is "text message".


These activities aren't actually executed by the platform, they're just an activities 'list' that the sales team uses to schedule future activities to stay in touch with their clients. We would love to be able to access all activities in one view so we don't have to bounce back and forth between CD and CRM.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Could you please provide us a screenshot of that ClickDimensions lead view you're referring to? I've just verified in Dynamics 9.1 Online and all activities are showing in the timeline.
