Add an email field to Participant tab in Campaign Automation

Leads usually came as email addresses with no more information, so in our company we used to add them to a specific marketing list with the same field for Name and Last Name ("Unknown"). 

 

Since the e-mail address cannot be seen in the "Participants" tab in the Campaign Automation, it is really hard to find and delete participants upon request.

 

Would it be possibile to add the "E-mail" field?
